2012, a new year, a new beginning! Every year people tend to
make New Year resolutions they can’t keep. I made a resolution this year (and a
goal in life) is to make a difference in other people’s lives… easier said than
done. Well after a month of raking my brain of ways to help people, I decided
to create a ‘health’ blog!
A few years ago I decided to change my style of living, at
the rate I was going I was headed toward high cholesterol and diabetes. Many
people criticized me and accused me of being obsessed with weight; they assumed
all I wanted was to be thin. So to clarify, ridding your diet of fatty foods, practicing
portion control and having an active life style is does not = obsession with
weight. This just means you care about
your body!
My goal with this blog is to help other people reach their health
goals the way I did, by living healthy.
